The Ascent

The storm arrives for every wing.
Some seek shelter. Some surrender.
And some discover, in the very wind that opposes them,
the unseen lift that bears them heavenward.
Not every wing was fashioned for the earth,
nor every heart content with fields below.
For there are souls that hear the distant heights
and answer with the courage to ascend.

A tale of a tree that stands wide and tall,
eathered through seasons centuries old,
Rested weary travelers and sheltered creatures small, Four seasons through tell fables gold.
Where silver roots and ancient spirits blend,
The Banyan waits for every broken friend.
Beyond the axe, a deeper song is found
To heal the heart and heal the sacred ground.

The Gateway to the Kingdom

Leave the noise behind and climb the stair,
To the Five-Star Kingdom we've built in the air.
Beyond the city's hum and the deadlines' roar,
My Cove is waiting behind a silent door.

The rat race fades as the evening stars align,
Welcome to the sanctuary that is truly mine.
A table set for five beneath a velvet sky,
Where the world is quiet and the soul can fly.
